Do you ship overseas?

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What happens if I haven't received my order?
If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you provided the correct information. If so, contact our Customer Service within 30 working days after placing the order, and we will assist you. If incorrect details were provided, such as an address or phone number, contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already sent, customers are responsible for any additional costs that arise.

We use different shipping partners based on the size of your order. At checkout, you'll see which service will deliver your order.
Can I make changes to my order after submitting payment?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. However, if you contact us promptly, we may cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. You can then place a new order with the correct details.
